Helping New Zealand businesses build stronger financial capability — through practical coaching, structured workshops, and leadership development programmes designed for founders, CEOs, and senior management teams.
Most growing businesses don't have a finance problem — they have a financial literacy gap. When management teams don't have the skills to read, interpret, and act on financial information, even a well-run business can stall.
Our capability programmes are designed to close that gap. We work alongside your leadership team — not instead of them — building the skills, confidence, and frameworks they need to make better financial decisions independently.
These are not consulting engagements. They are structured learning programmes with defined outcomes, delivered through a combination of workshops, coaching sessions, and applied practice within your business.
Choose the programme that best matches your team's current stage and development priorities.

We start with a no-obligation conversation to understand your business, your team's current capability, and what you are trying to achieve.
We recommend the most appropriate programme and tailor the content to your industry, business model, and team's experience level.
Programmes are delivered over a series of focused sessions — typically four to eight sessions depending on the programme — combining teaching, practical exercises, and applied work within your business.
Each session builds on the last. By the end of the programme, your team has practical skills and tools they can continue using independently.
The Regional Business Partner Network (RBPN) Management Capability Development Fund helps eligible New Zealand businesses access co-funding for structured capability development programmes. Funding is available for businesses that meet the eligibility criteria set by the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE).
To find out whether your business is eligible for co-funding towards an Accountable CFO capability programme, contact us and we can walk you through the process — or visit business.govt.nz for eligibility information.
